Roz Currie

Chief of Staff

Roz joined the SNP after the referendum and quickly became active, as the Northfield Campaign Coordinator for Tommy’s general election campaign and as women’s officer for her local SNP branch. Roz is a qualified Educational Psychologist who has recently moved into her new career,  working in Tommy's team.


In her role Roz supports Tommy with press relations, social media and communications with constituents. She liaises with key groups, charities and agencies within the constituency alongside undertaking briefings for Tommy on key local issues.

MP Supports Craigmillar Community Fundraising

Tommy Sheppard MP has called on Edinburgh businesses to help a Craigmillar-based community project reach its fundraising target.

The Craigmillar Community Grows project supports a variety of community gardens and growing projects run by local groups for local people in Craigmillar. The project uses gardening and growing activities to offer local people opportunities to improve their health and wellbeing, and develop their confidence and skills, as well as helping develop beautiful greenspaces for the whole community to enjoy.
